This policy describes how ClearWindow Sp. z o.o. (ul. Marszałkowska 84/92, 00-514 Warsaw, NIP 5213001894) handles personal data collected through clearwindow.eu.

1. Data we collect

When you visit this site, our server logs automatically record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and the pages you request. This data is stored for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes, then deleted.

If you submit the contact form, we collect the name, telephone number, and email address you provide. This data is used only to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.

2. Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie (cw_cookie_consent) to store your cookie preference for 365 days. No tracking or advertising cookies are set without your consent. If you select "Reject" on the cookie banner, only this preference cookie is stored.

3. Analytics

If you accept cookies, we may collect anonymised usage statistics (page views, session duration) using privacy-friendly analytics tools that do not build individual profiles or share data with advertising networks.

4. Legal basis

Processing of server log data is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining site security. Processing of contact form data is based on your consent when you submit the form. Cookie consent is managed through the banner shown on first visit.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and the Polish Act on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

6. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months after the last correspondence, then permanently deleted. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

7. Third-party links

This site links to external sources including official EU publications, PKN standards documents, and the Polish Institute of Building Technology. These sites operate under their own privacy policies. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for their data practices.

8. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
